Investigating possible racial discrimination in Lufkin ISD

  Since the beginning of February this year, an ongoing investigation has been held between the Lufkin NAACP and the Lufkin Indepentd School District. Below is the correspondence between the two parties as well as a letter sent to the Attorney General, the US Department of Justice, the US Department of Education, and the US department of labor.
